Ford Repair: 1991 Ford Probe running rough when warmed up, ford probe gl, intake manifold gasket

Hi. I have a 1991 Ford Probe GL with the 2.2L engine. About 2 weeks ago it started running really rough after it gets warmed up. Until it warms up it runs perfectly. I have cleaned the idle air control & the EGR valve. I've replaced the intake manifold gasket, injector o-rings, fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs & wires, dist. cap & rotor, & the ECT sensor. I have no idea where to turn next. I have also tried to pull codes with no results. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can give.

hey there, well we have to start with the basics, you have to determin which cylinder is misfiring when it is running rough and iscolate the problem there, try a compression test, that will determine the mechanical aspects of the engine. let me know what you come up with on this test. good luck
