Ford Repair: brakes for Ranger, rear drums, wheel cylinders

Question
2000 Ford Ranger 2WD 2.5L4, 2 wheel ABS, rear drums.

Apparently there are 9" and 10" drums for this year.  I'm having trouble determining which is the correct size.  Is there a way to relate this to VIN number or otherwise confirm the drum size?  In addition, there are different sizes of wheel cylinders - any way to verify the correct part without removing the wheel cylinder?

I'm having trouble with the parking brake "sticking" - I apply the parking brake, leave the truck for a few hours, release the parking brake, but the truck won't move.  I can slip the clutch a bit and then it will suddenly break loose and is then fine, until I use it again.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

I'm also having trouble getting the wheels off - the wheel has corroded to the hub (the clearance is tight, doesn't take much).  Any tricks or suggestions for breaking the wheel loose from the hub?  I've already tried breakfree and heat, without much luck.

Thanks.

Answer
you can check with ford and see if they can look it up by vin but as i have found out that isn't always right either-sounds like park brake cable is sticking if so replace it they are not that expensive-put one lug nut on about 4-5 threads and hit with deadblow hammer from behind
once drums are off measure opening inside drum to see if 9 or 10 inches
if they can't determine which wheel cyl after knowing the shoe size you will need to take cyl apart with a 2.5  engine you probably have smaller brakes but nothing for granted.
