Ford Repair: Ford E150, liter v8, air jackets

I have 93 E150 5.8 Liter V8 that has hesitation/rough idle it does not do it all the time.It starts fine and runs good one day and then the next it idles really rough to the point the van almost cuts off. I changed the PCV valve and the air filter is only a couple months old. Please help.

Clean the throttle body out. It gets dirty from the blow by off the engine that goes to the throttle body after the air filter. The residue builds up into the air jackets of the throttle body,causing the motor to idle erratically. I have had several posts recently on how to clean out this area.
