Ford Repair: 2000 Mustang GT 4.6L sohc, fuel log, cylinder number

Question
Recently my check light came on.When I did a scan a P0303 code(misfire #3 cyc)came up.I was told by a ford mechanic that was the ignition coil which is not hard to replace.I will have to raise the fuel log or whatever it's called to clear the ignition coil. What my question is. How do I relieve the fuel pressure so I can safely remove the fuel line? Thanks RG Smith

Answer
hey there, sorry anout the delay, actually as i recall you do not have to remove any fuel components, the coil should only take about 1 minute to replace, when looking down at the engine cylinder number three is on the left hand side and the third one in from the front, unplug the single coil pack, remove the single 7mm bolt and pull out, intall in the oposite order.
good luck
Chris
