Ford Repair: fuel pump relay, mustang 6 cylinder, fuel pump relay

My fuel pump will not come on for my 2002 mustang 6 cylinder.  I was told to
check the relay which is in the fuse box.  The owners' manual does not specify
which one.  There is one for the starter.  My car cranks but will not start and
when I try it says low fuel, but there is fuel in it. Can you tell me which
relay it is?  Also I did check the switch in the trunk to see if it popped and
it did not.

the diagram shows it to be rt side of engine-it should be a black box on rt side of fender area-about 3 inches square-it has four relays made in it a/c-pcm-fuel pump-cooling fan-oblong connector it may be easier to check power supply and ground to pump from wiring harness underneath. should have power for 2-3 seconds when turn key on-ground at all times
