Ford Repair: 98 sable overflow tank pinholes, head gasket problem, better business bureau

Had this problem last year and replaced tank,now the water is leaking out of pinholes again.  What causes this pressure to build up, where do I start? Have heard may be head gasket problem.  Also, recently my windows fog up when I turn on defrost, is this a heater core problem.  Any advice would be helpful as I am a gal and don't want to be "taken for a ride" !!! Too much $$$ to go thru the process of elimination, do you have any expert advice as to what to have checked 1st?  Water pump, thermo, flush??  I haven't done anything yet except replace the overflow tank last year.  Car has excellent heat & air when all is working.  Thank You,,,,,,,,,Thank You........Leslie

Hello Leslie, You are going to have the cooling system inspected, where you live check the local better business bureau or ask around for a good shop or dealer to work with. There are test that can be performed to help determine what is going on with the engines cooling system. If the windows are fogging up the heater core is probaly an issue, a pressure test on the cooling system can help determine it. Thanks Tony
