Ford Repair: heater and ac controls do not work no blower motor either, fan speed control, vacuum source

Question
I have a 93 Ford E150 and the blower controls do not change the air flow to the dash or floor or panel it is on the defrost.  Also there is no fan on any of the switch settings.  I took apart the controls and there is no power on the fan speed control wiring harness but there was power on the module where the vacuum lines connect.  I also checked the fuses in the power block under the hood and the fuse panel under the dash, everything checked out o.k. The blower motor/fan assembly worked when I powered it up manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
first blower switch doesn't have power-the blower motor has power to it at all times when key is on-blower switch only grounds with different resistances to change speeds-make sure pink and black wire is hot all the time on control head-good vacuum source coming inside truck sounds like no vacuum-as far as blower motor probably a bad blower relay if you don't have power on the motor.
