Ford Repair: 1995 Windstar Error codes idle problem, max speed possible 20 miles per hour, 1995 ford windstar, neutral safety switch

Question
My 1995 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L show the following error codes: PO171 Bank 1 Lean, PO174 Bank 2 Lean, PO402 EGR Flow, PO732 Incorrect Ratio 2nd, and PO733 Incorrect Ratio 3rd. Last year I had to change the drive belt twice because was broken. Lights on in dash:  ABS, Check engine, doors open, and wipers fluid, the information that I found said that except the Check Engine light the others lights are irrelevant to driving problem. Over night the following problems showed up: vehicle without power maximum speed possible no more than 10 per hour, and after 2100 RPM the RPM keep going up, and the transmission stay in the same gear. If I disconnect the positive cable from the battery for several minutes, and connected back then I am able to run faster for several seconds until the problem appear again. I replaced the Neutral Safety Switch and now I can go to 20 miles per hour but still at 2100 RPM the idle go up so I decelerate to less than 2000, and I feel when the transmission get the shift but still I can’t run to more than 20 miles per hour. I have the same problem in “D”, “2”, and “1”. No transmission noise ever. I changed fuel filter, and the transmission fluid, and filter. I want to know what parts those code have in common, where I need to start, where are the parts located, and if the job can be done by a layman.
