Ford Repair: 2.0dohc timing, keyway, valve cover

I replaced the timing belt on my 97 mystiqur 2.0 dohc. It ran for a month then the idler went bad so the belt moved. redid the job with new idler , now it wont start/

if it was running before jumped time you probably have timing off-find top dead center on crank this will be with keyway at 12 oclock-pull valve cover and there is a special tool to slide in slots of cam on rear of head this should line everything up-reassemble then recheck.
