Ford Repair: 1985 ford f150, supply pumps, dual tanks

Question
I have a 85 forrd f 150 fuel injected and dual tanks and it has the 302 in it auto trans if u need to know

Now a fuel pump went out how do i tell which one and do usualy all 3 go out at one time?

Also it dies when i stop some times is that an idle problem or maybe did it have to do with the fuel pump as well?

you run a fuel pressure test-the pumps in tank are supply pumps and the one on the rail is pressure pump-you check two things pressure and flow as you can have 40psi and low flow or plenty of flow but low pressure

no all three pumps don't usually go out a once-if you know you have a pump problem fix it first then worry about idle. follow up after pump fixed.
