Ford Repair: 1998 Ford Explorer Sport Heating Problem, ford explorer sport, core lines

Question
Mark,  My 1889 explorer does not produce heat.  I have replaced the thermostat and flushed the entire system.  The vacuum crossover valve in the heater core lines seem to be functioning properly but their is no heat coming out of the vents.  The hoses for the heater core are hot.

Answer
hoses hot means your getting heat inside so you either have a broken blend door in case and it is stuck on cold, bad blend door actuator also stuck on cold or bad control head these are most common and can get a little expensive-have it checked out. good luck
