Ford Repair: Upper intake, upper intake manifold, intake manifold

I recently found an article about a TSB Ford issued about my 01 Windstar 3.8L 6 cyl, that stated there was a problem with the upper intake manifold. I have a list of parts from the article I found, but am unable to locate them anywhere on the Ford site or anywhere else. Are you aware of the problem with the intake and if so can you provide me with a list of parts required to perform the repair. Thanks

The problem is only if you have the two engine codes P0171 and or P0174. If you do not have these codes, disregard the bulletin. Here is the website, you can check for yourself.
