Ford Repair: 351 w in a 91 f350, clogged catalytic converter, catalytic converters

Question
Question   i have a 91 f350 2wheel drive with a 351w fuel injected....it will start & ideal fine for at least 20-30 mins(that's as long as i have let it run) when you give it gas slow it will rev up ok but if you give it gas fast it bogs down, it seems like it blows air out the throttle body & sometimes the exhaust sounds like a blow-off valve...when you try to drive it when it hits 20 mph it bogs down & wont go any faster....it sounds really good at ideal (no missing or tapping or anything) I've tried replacing the egr, the ignition control module, the cat has Bord out, i cleaned out the in-line fuel filter, i tried disconnecting the 02 sensor & none of that made it better or worse ......I'm not sure what to try next

Answer   sounds like a clogged catalytic converter

i guess he didn't catch the cat (catalytic converter) has been bord out, now its just a pipe...still not having any luck but i noticed the valve covers where leaking so I'm fixing them but i don't think that would be the problem. please help if you can it been down for over a week & i need it to work

Answer
Sorry, I see now where you say you have altered the catalytic converters. Is the check engine light not on? Have the trouble codes read. Also, check the fuel pressure, it may be starving for fuel. You're diagnostic codes are in OBD-1 format so you will have to hook up to the port under the hood.
