Ford Repair: for explorer 1998, rear portion, climate control

I have a 1998 ford explorer. the front portion of my air conditioner/heat/defrost (everything) will not "blow" - however, the rear portion does work. I replaced all fuses and it still does not work. Any thoughts????

Hello Scott, One thought is the door is broken for the temp control in the air box case for the climate control. When the door brakes it wedges and restricts air flow. The only way to repair is to replace the case and to do that the dash is removed. Hope this helps Thanks Tony
