Ford Repair: 2000 Expedition Eddie Bauer, blown fuse, o2 sensors

I have an 00 Expedition 5.4 L.  It is reading that all 4 o2 sensors heater circuits are bad, also have trans codes and my overdrive light is blinking.  The vehicle was working fine and just suddenly lost power and we barely made it home.  It starts and idles but chugs when you hit the accel pedal and won't even move now. The compression is perfect. I can't believe all 4 02 sensors could go bad at the same time, any thoughts???

me neither-check for shorted wire/wires around transmission and exhaust especiall around transmission and back of block. look for chewed wires from squirrels or chipmunks if you don't see anything let me know and i will dig a little for you.
also check for blown fuse. good luck.
