Ford Repair: 2003 ford 4.2 engine, dash lights, battery voltage

My 03 ford 4.2 engine turning over good ,but not cranking at times.after second or third try it will crank.it"s happen four times in a month.I have 78000 miles good battery voltage new fuel filter no other problems runs good,no dash lights on

i would really need to know if it is getting spark at the times it is not starting and fuel pressure if getting both of these would check for injector pulse. next time it does this try pushing and holding accelerator pedal 1/4 way down if it starts probably dirty or sticking idle air control motor.
