Ford Repair: 94 ford explorer filler neck, phillips screw driver, filler neck

Question
i need to replace the filler neck in order to get my truck smogged. i want to go to the local pick your part and take out a used filler neck and i have no idea what tools i will need. i know the filler neck has 3 screws, but my truck is missing these screws. i am most likely only taking the part out, i will take the part to my mechanic and have him put it in. what tools would i need to bring in order to take the filler neck out?

Answer
take a straight and a phillips screw driver for sure-for the clamp around the hos on the neck it sould be one of those-and maybe an 8mm or 5/16 socket with ratchet and extension (1/4 inch works best) in case hard to get with screwdriver-the screws holding filler neck to body could be small metric or torx so take an assortment maybe 5.5-8 mm
