I am going to attempt to answer your simple question.....  

First, I will use fuel injector cleaner in a full tank and drive it for a while.  If this does not work,

I will look into putting new plugs and change air filter.  If this does not work,

We'll have to discuss more costly options, however, please let me know if you checked on the above then we can cover more items to be checked/fixed as a results.

Another think, I will check into, an idling sensor that maybe bad.  I will follow-up on this.  Thanks!
