Ford Repair: 02 Sensor, hex head, ford taurus

Ihave a 2003 Ford Taurus. My 02 sensor is bad. Had it checked. They say it's bank 1 sensor 2. Is it hard to replace? Where is it and how involved is it? I have a 6 cyl SES model

The sensor is easy to replace, I am not mistaken, is the one behind the Cat converter.  I highly recommend to use an O2 sensor socket as not to strip the sensor hex head.  To replace it, unplug the sensor for socket, unscrew the sensor using the socket, then reverse the order to install.
