Ford Repair: 1995 taurus 3.8 engine, taurus 3, radiator fan

Question
The radiator fan runs all the time the engine is running. I have replaced the relay control box and unplugged the temp. sensor. Any ideas as to what may be the cause?

did u use a new relay control box or used/rebuilt?

check connections especially bigger wires between fan and battery

controlled by relay box/temp switch and pcm-make sure radiator is full
have someone watch temp sensor on scanner to see if it is asking for fan through temp reading unplugging it is not always a good test.
