Ford Repair: a/c drain cleanout, drilling the hole, c drain

Question
i have a 2004 ford expedition, i need to know how to clean out the drain, it semms to be clogged water is running out in the floor inside instead of out the drain

have someone raise it on a hoist and blow out the drain with compressed air and hopefully that will breakup what is clogging the drain-i have with customers permission only carefully drilled a small hole in the evap case and using a syringe injected bleach in the case to kill/breakup mold now that won't work on leaves and such
but be very carefull drilling the hole-to deep and you will pucncture the core.
