Ford Repair: 93 Ford Bronco, negative battery cable, bronco 4x4

I have a major Electric problem and I am stumped big time.I have a 93 Bronco 4x4 with a 351. The Battery doesn't charge and looses AMPS when the truck is running. I have had the alternator change. Replace the negative battery cable. Had the starter checked out.Alternater, starter and ground cable is good. But the car is still pulling AMPS from somewhere. Can someone please help me out with this.

Remove the front interior kick panels and see if the carpet matting is wet under the front or rear carpet areas. A water leak intrusion in the 'A' post or roof panel areas can cause a condition such as this by entering into an electronic module. Let me know if you find the floor matting wet.
