Ford Repair: my taurus wont fire, crank sensor, aftermarket stereo

Question
ihave a 2000 taurus that lost its spark from the coil, have already changed the coil pack still dead would it b the anti theft ,,,,,,does it go through the radio this started   shortly after i put in my aftermarket stereo

Answer
does your car have antitheft light glowing or flashing on your dash
did you cut and wire in your radio or did it have a connector kit with it
if your antitheft has been enabled you may to take it to a dealer to be tested and reprogrammed-i don't think antitheft disables spark on this vehicle just injector pulse and starter on some
if not antitheft related--

has your check engine light been on while driving
if so a scan may lead you in the right direction
i know you don't have spark but do you have fuel pressure-and injector pulse-if not then you probably have a sensor problem like a cam sensor-dead coils are not a common problem on a no start on these vehicles crank sensor would kill both injector pulse and spark
actually this is one we need more info to make a conclusion
