How do you remove the rotors on a 2003 Windstar? They don't slide off the hub once the calipers are removed and I can't see what would be holding the rotor on.

according to alldata on this vehicle their are at least three brake disc
bolts they are between the studs and probably are allen or torx head and they should be flush they also say they are having trouble with them rusting on so you may have to use some penetrate on them if you don't see any disc bolts then take a rubber hammer and tap the rotor to break it loose-be sure and clean the mounting sufaces of the rotor because if their is any rust you can warp rotor on remount.
