Ford Repair: mercury bobcat, fuel inj, fire wall

hi tony i have a 75 model bobcat that i am prepairing to swap engines in. i want to drop a 302 h.o. in it and was wanting to know what all is required to make the conversion from fuel inj. to carb. and if i will have to cut the fire wall or not

Hello cap, If you to a search on the internet for some forums for info where others have tried. Check Edlebrocks web site for info on FI kits for the engine or you can buy a newer engine with the FI on it and purchase the pcm and wiring to go with it.
