Ford Repair: Ford DRL, 2008 ford f150, auto headlights

I have a 2008 Ford F150 w/o DRL and auto lights. I would like to add the DRL or DRL/autoheadlights. Can this be done with replaceing relays like the auxillart relay box on the drivers fender. I would lkie to do this with out splicing a lot of wires.

Ford Kit # F8AZ13B218AA will add auto headlights and DRL. Kit # F6SZ13B218AA will add just DRL. Both require splicing wires to hookup at least 5-7 wires.

Hello Ken, Sorry you'll probaly have to splice into the wires. Depending on option packages when the truck is built depends on whether the wiring is there.Might talk to the local dealer to see if they would look at a wiring diagram to help you before doing it 1st.  Hope this helps Thanks Tony
