can you check the vehicle mileage on a 95 ford cougar  if the odomter is broke?

Hello Steve, Sorry there is no real way to check, A Ford,Lincoln,Mecury dealer may be able to perform a diagnostic check with a NGS(ford tool) to get miles in pcm. Thats only if they still have a working NGS because it is a phased out diagnostic tool. Hope this helps Thanks Tony
