Ford Repair: 2003 ford excursion brakes, ford excursion, master cylinder

Question
Wife heard grinding in rear. Other than that brakes worked fine. On rear axle I replaced one rotor, both calipers and pads. Since then I have bled a quart of fluid through and can not get pedal to come up. Any ideas what happened? Did Master go bad overnight?

Hello Greg, There may be a valve sticking in the master cylinder. I had a explorer about a month ago I did frt calipers and pads on and the mater cylinder had a valve stick and I have to replace the master cylinder on it.
