I am getting a load clicking noise when my AC/heater are on when I turn the system is in the off position it quits.

Hello Guy, There is a electronic blend door motor that controls temp blend from hot to cold. The motor is sticking and causing the door it moves to hit inside the heater case. replace the door and it should take care of the concern. Also inspect the rod for the door and move the door by hand to make sure it moves ok. Hope this helps Thanks Tony
