Ford Repair: 96 escort, lady driver, mileage

Hey,
I am looking to buy a 96 escort for $1500, but the only thing keeping me from buying ii is the mileage. it has 347500 kms on it. The previous owner was a lady driver, but I don't know who owned it before her. Would it be a worthy buy because I am a bit worried that as soon as I buy it, it will break down

Hello Sebastian, At 347500km or 208500 miles is a gamble to purchase, but a vehicle with alot lower km/miles is also. If the car runs good and drives well then it is a decent buy. You are the only one that can answer the 1500.00 question do I buy or do I keep looking. Hope this helps Thanks Tony
