Ford Repair: 95 Ford Bronco, ford bronco, compressor type

Question
K am blond so forgive me...replaced fuel pump 5 months ago, replaced fuel filter last week, bronco has no heat but there is no antifreeze blowing into the cab so am not sure if thats the heater core or not, do have an antifreeze drip under the hood n the gages have gone hot after driving a few miles but the biggest deal is within driving half a mile while pressing on the gas ok here goes the 'sound' thing you loose compression n it guts out kinda like when you run out of gas but you can hear like compression sound u know like air, not like your rebbin it while its in park its like...dont know compressor type sound sorry lol so me in my instant wisdom decided to change out spark plugs that didnt work either so am lost, appreciate your help I dont like impersinating a mechanic but sometimes us girls gotta do stuff we dont know anything about.  also if you let the 'beast' sit for a period of time it will start back up n go for a bit, I dont know maybe its vapor locking, can you help this air head whos performing out of her relm?? thanks

Answer
It could be a couple of things, but I will try to help the best that I can.I would try replacing the ignition coil first. Is the check engine light on,while it is running? You need to see about getting that checked. You have several sensors that would cause the symptoms that you are having. You have kind of confused me with the heater core, compressor?Correct me if I am wrong, the truck cranks up but doesn't stay running. After it sits for a while,it will crank back up.But once it quits running,it doesn't want to crank back up?Is this a correct assessment?
