Ford Repair: 00 Taurus, steering wheel, power steering system

Question
My steering wheel is locked and I can't unlock it. It is in park and cannot move it to neutral.

Hello Nick, at this point try grabbing the steering wheel and moving it back and forth with quite abit effort while trying to turn the key all at the same time. there is a pin for the steering wheel behind the wheel. If the there is pressure from the power steering system it makes it difficult to turn. Let know if that helps Thanks Tony
