Ford Repair: f250 4x4 front brakes, brake hoses, brake hose

Question
I bought a used 1990 f250 4x4 and the seller said he replaced the front brakes.  It seemed to drag quite a bit and I let it set for a few weeks and drove off and the left front got hot and I could smell it so I took the wheel off and it was stuck and wouldn't turn. The bottom of the dual caliper was stuck and  I replaced the caliper and bled it and it is stuck worse now, both front are stuck now.  I am not a total dummy but this one has me stumped.  thanks for any help.

Answer
Use a good quality reman caliper. Did you lube the caliper contact points where they can wear? I have seen some that were so bad the grooves would cause a replacement to stick. After applying the brakes, try opening the bleeder and see if there is pressure holding in the lines, could be a collapsed brake hose or problem in the master cylinder. As I recall the brake hoses on these could be twisted and may kink.
