Ford Repair: Ford Windstar, 2000 ford windstar, ac condensor

I have a 2000 Ford Windstar and Oct. 31, 2006 I hit a deer. It took 4,800 for our insurance and 500 deductible.  We got it back in Jan. 2007.  We had it back two days and it was smoking and leaking antifreeze the collision place came out and looked at it and it did it while they were here, they took it to their mechanic and he never could get it to do it while he had it and never could find out where it was coming from.  Then a couple weeks later we had to call him cause all the lights inside and out started blinking and alarms were going off and so they had us take it to our own mechanic.  So in February we had 1,050 worth of work done to it including the fuel pump, altenator and they said it was the altenator but it was giving codes that made him think the fuel pump was going out, we also had to get a new manifold set, egr pressure sensor and egr valve we spent 1,056.25 altogether then in May of 2007 it started messing up again and it was the torgue converter and the transmission seal return hoses, axle seals, hose clamps, mercon v  and spent another 787.92, everytime it would do this it would make the battery light come on and sometimes the check engine light, we would not have any power with the ac and radio and it would make it act like the tranny was messed up but yet you could drive it fine without the ac and heater then our insurance finally let us take it to the ford house and it was the altenator again after changing the altenator it still gave them problems and they finally found out that it was the fan assembly and that was changed when we hit the deer along with the ac condensor and the radiator so they have to bring it back to the collission place that first worked on it cause it is under warranty.  So my question for you is if it was the fan all along like they think could it have caused some of the other codes and problems that we had worked on that did not fix it for long.

frist of alll i fell sooo bad that u had to go throug all that , sounds like teh places u have been bring it realy not too bright , a bad fan can cause alot of things , i would same that the body shop didnt do such a great job and may have cause u some grief u didnt have to go thorugh
