Answer
The secret is "no fuel to where"? Meaning, the fuel is in the tank and it moves through lines to get to the engine. Where does the fuel fail to continue through the lines? Is it making it out of the tank via the pump? You don't need to find the fuse because the pump is running. If the fuse was blown the pump would not run. Is the fuel filter blocked? You need to gain access to the fuel lines and disconnect them at various locations to determine where the fuel flow fails. I shouldn't have to tell you that gas is highly flammable and you should keep the gas contained and away from ignition sources if you open connections to test flow. So to recap. trace the fuel lines. look for damage or pinching. Make sure fuel is exiting the pump. Progressively eliminate points of failure until you find the problem.
