Ford Repair: ford explorer 2005 unpredictable when it comes to starting, fuel pressure, hook up

Question
hello and thank you for your help.....my 2005 explorer began having start up problems, at first it would start up and begin to "gurgle" or "flutter" then normalize its RPM's, and all woud be ok, then after driving it for a while, it just wouldnt start up again, if i waited (could be ten mins or two days) it would start up as if nothing was wrong. this was diagnosed as a fuel pump problem, had it change with brand new pump and problem persists but now i get the SES light, ran the scanner and got code P0191 and cannot figure it out, at this point its a coin flip as to the car starting or not any help would be great thank you

Answer
sounds like u still have a fuel pump problem , di du have a new from a dealer installed or after market ...i would have your mechanic hook up a fuel presure gauge to verify , the code p0191 means ..The comprehensive component monitor (CCM) checks the FRP for acceptable fuel pressure. The test fails when the fuel pressure falls below or exceeds a minimum/maximum calibrated value for a calibrated period of time
