Ford Repair: Ford Taurus 99 A\C Problem, taurus 3, ford taurus

Question
Hi Jimmy

I have a 1999 Taurus 3.0 L. Around a year ago I heard some noise coming from the AC compressor. I went to the mechanic and he told me that there was a problem with the clutch. He fixed it, but I had to add gas 4 or 5 times after that. One week ago, my brother drove the car and it seems that the AC gas was short, so the compressor broke down, burned out! I bought a new compressor assembly and the AC technician changed it. It worked fine the first day, but I noticed that it compressor disconnected at high speeds (over 70 MPH), then it disconnected at lower speeds until it was off. When the engine is idle, I start the AC and it works fine, but when I press the accelerator, I hear something snaps and the compressor disconnects. Yesterday, I added gas again, and it works fine the first few minutes, but after that it doesn't cool at all. Today it was fine in the beginning, but when I reached my destination (2 miles away), the compressor was making a lot of noise. The car runs perfectly, and I love it, but the AC problem is disturbing me so much. Please note that here in Kuwait it can easily get over 120 F at noon!

Please advise!
Thanks
