Ford Repair: 98 Ford Windstar Rear A/C, ford windstar, ac unit

Question
The front air in my 98 Windstar works but the rear A/C only blows hot air.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely the rear blend door is stuck or out of adjustment.  The heat/ac unit will have to be disassembled to get to it.  The blend door is used to direct the blown air to either the heater core or a/c evaporator, if it's blowing hot air, it is not switching properly. Hope this helps,
