Question
my car used to idle properly but now it idles low and stalls during turns and
while starting.what should i replace.(besides the whole car)?

There's a good chance the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve is bad.  The valve controls how much air the engine gets and that is what makes the idle go high or low.  If the valve fails, it defaults to the closed position, causing a very slow idle speed.  It has 2 bolts holding it to the intake manifold very close to the throttle body.  There is also a wire connector clipped on to it.  This picture is from a windstar van but the valve will look very similar...

A new valve will probably cost about $70.  Hope this helps,
