The anti-thetf light blinks rapdliy and car srtares but does not stay running

Hey Tony,
    First, look at black end of the key and make sure the little plastic chip didn't fall out. If you are using a spare key, it is possible that it is no longer programmed to start that car. There is a chip in all the keys that fit the car that the vehicle theft module identifies before it will let it start and stay running. If the chips are intact,etc., there is possibly a problem with the anti-theft module or the instrument cluster, and you might have to take it to the dealership to have it repaired.
