Ford Repair: 1989 FOrd Ranger that wont start., crankshaft position sensor, spark plug wires

Question
My question for you is that my Ford ranger won't start. It is A 1989 4cly. 2wd ranger. I have replaced the battery, the cyloniod, the starter, fuel pump and assembly. I have checked the fuse under the dash and under the hood. The truck will crank but no power to the brand new pump. It won't even pressurized the tank. Any suggestions on what next? Oh and i tried it both with the inertia relay button pressed and not pressed and still nothing.

Answer
On the right side of the truck under the hood there are some relays, small boxes usually brown and/or black in color with a white plug with wires at the bottom.  Check them for corrosion and unplug/plug back in to make sure they connect properly.  See if there is spark on any of the spark plug wires when you crank the engine.  If there is NOT spark, we may have a bad crankshaft position sensor which is located on the front lower part of the engine. Let me know what you find, if none of these things help I may have a few more ideas.
