Ford Repair: Number 10 Fuse on 2002 Ford Windstar, ford windstar minivan, ford windstar

Question
have a 2002 Ford Windstar minivan with an electrical problem that cannot be found.  There is a short in the underdash fuse #10 circut.  The circut controls the power sliding doors, instrument cluster along with many other things.  I have narrowed it down to a specific part of the circut of which it goes through the firewall to the (connections are listed) ABS Module (C111), Speed Control Servo (C116), Brake Pressure Switch (C127), A/C Clutch Pressure Cycling Switch (C171) and a dead pin ata junction block behind the throttle body (C100F).  I have eliminated the A/C switch, the ABS Module and the Brake Pressure Switch from being faulty.  This problem is persistant.  Tried to get help from Ford Dealership but hey are as stumped as I am.  any help would be appreciated.

Answer
Hey Chris,
I have ran into the exact same problem on a Windstar, but when I unplugged the brake switch at the master cylinder, the short went away. Ford has actually recalled those same switches on other vehicles. I don't think it possible for the A/C cycling switch to short to ground, but it's wiring can. If none of these switches or modules are the actual short, than it has to be the wiring for something in the circuit. Honestly, the brake switch is your most likely cause, but when it comes to cars, anything is possible. Good luck sir! Feel free to hit me back.  Shaun.
