QUESTION: JAson, It is leaking gear oil. Missing the wheel cylinder - I don't know what you mean by wheel cylinder. Brake wheel cylinder? I looked in a chilton book and it only showed the bearing and a one piece seal in the Dana 80 rear. The seal goes in the hub and is leaking gear oil. I am going to check to see if the axle vent is blocked next. ????

Answer
Tom, I was under the impression that the wheel was leaking brake fluid.  If it is gear oil, then you should definitely inspect the wheel seal.  You might want to open the rearend and make sure that everything looks good inside.  Good luck and let me know if you have anymore questions,   Jason
