Ford Repair: 2003 Ford Ranger, upper intake manifold, luck chris

My diagnostics is giving me:
P2004 Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open (Bank 1)
Where is this and how do I repair it?

Hi Manuel thanks for asking.
The runner controls are valves located just below the plenum. Looking at the engine from the front, look down just below the plenum and there will be either a rod system or an electronic actuator that opens the valves. There should be two sets with 2 rods on the manual system. If possible remove them and try to move the levers by hand. If they feel like they are sticking then the upper intake manifold is going to have to be replaced.  If you have any further questions then just get back to me.
