Ford Repair: 1993 ford escort sw, ford escort sw, blown fuse

My horn doesn't work. I tried replacing the fuse in the fuse panel. That didn't work. Is there a fuse under the hood also for this model? I replaced a fuse under the hood in a toyota and I don't have an accurate diagram for the fuse box under the ford hood?

The accurate diagrams for all fuses is usually located in the owners manual if you still have it. If not go over all the fuses with a test light checking for power on both sides, that will immidiatly give a way a blown fuse.
