Ford Repair: Power Steering Pump Removal, power steering pump, auto parts store

Question
At my work we have an 1988 Ford F-Super Duty with a bad power steering pump. To remove it we need to remove the pulley, but I can't figure out how to do it. In the center of the shaft it's set up for an allen wrench, but I've tried hold the pulley and attempting to turn the allen with nothing happening, I've even tried holding the allen and turning the pulley with still no luck. can you please help me to find out how to remove this pump.

Mark-

You'll want to hit up your local auto parts store and pick up a pulley removal tool (or rent one if a store in your area does that).  It will hold the pulley still and keep it from turning while you remove the bolt.  Hope this helps.
