WHEN TURNING THE ENGINE OVER IT SMELLS LIKE BURNING ?THE BATTERY IS NEW AND ALL THE FUSES AND RELAYS  ARE FINE.IS THEIR ANY WIRING IN THE LOWER FRONT ENGINE(BETWEEN THE FAN AND ENGINE BLOCK)THAT MIGHT CAUSE THIS? THANKS

Answer
Hi Timothy thanks for asking.
there are a few harneses between the frame and the engine. there will be the main power wires to the startor motor. There will be a feww other harnesses for the O2 senser in front, Ac, cooling fans. You are going to have to get this vehicle on a hoist or get under it somehow to inspect the damages. Maby a harness was torn open, or maby there where already some coreded wires that whewre shaken loose. peel the casing off everything and carefuly inspect all the wired comonents, Make sure the resistance on the wires are all ok. If you need further help just get back to me
good Luck
