Ford Repair: 351, vacuum leak, vacuum lines

Question
i have a 92' f250 heavy duty 5spd. what ia m having trouble with is excessive high rpms and loss of power when pulling up hill.  when i accerlate , than shift the rpms don't go down,2-2500, i have to kick the accerlater to get the rpms down.  also when pulling a heavy load or going up hill, it seems the engine is misfiring, besides getting a loss of power. is this enough info.  thanks

Answer
This sounds like there may be a possible vacuum leak. maby at the intake manifold, this can cause theses symptoms. Get a can of brake clean and with the egine running spray around the intake manifold and any other vacuum lines if there is a leak the engine will run even worse or even stall when you pass over the leak. Try this and get back to me
