Ford Repair: 94 t-bird 4.6 v8 basket case!!, mass air sensor, throttle position sensor

Question
i have my sisters 94 t-bird,and this thing seems to stump everyone that tries to work on it .she has taken it to a few local shops and has replaced all four o2 sensors,i think the converters also and a few other things i cant remember.the car will barely run until about a 15 min. warmup, then it will only run on about 1/4 throttle, any more and it starts missing & sputtering.the engine light is on.
i believe the plugs & wires have been replaced also.
i am hoping the shops have checked fuel pressure.
is there somthing that is easily missed but can trigger the other codes.i have heard of one of the temp. sen. going bad and not sending a code, but wreaking havoc on the rest of the
system.i am not a ford guy (sorry),but have basic trouble shooting skills.i dont have the diognostic equipment to troubleshoot the newer cars.am a drag racer and can build an 8 second camaro but these newer computer controls and sensors on everything is just to hard to figure out without the right equipment.any help or tips would be great.
thanks for your time,

Answer
Andy,

I would check your TPS (throttle position sensor) There are 3 wires on it. Top should be a 5volt reference and middle your signal and bottom a ground. With key on engine not running back probe the middle wire with a volt meter. You should have less than 1 volt. (I like to see .8 to .9) then open the throttle slowly and see that the voltage increases steadily to 4.5volts at wide open throttle.

Also, if it uses a Mass Air Sensor un-screw the 2 tamper proof torx bolts and remove the "hot wire". Inspect it carefully for dirt or debris stuck to the wire. You can clean it using compressed air or a good electronics cleaner.

Good Luck!!
