Ford Repair: 1997 f150 4.6 liter engine, blown fuses, fuse box

i just bought this truck and i was checking to see if i had any blown fuses so i pulled each one and looked at them when i pulled one of the main ones and put it back i heard a poping noise and now engine wont start all fuses and relays are good i do not here the fuel pump could it be the pcm computer damaged how can i check this engine was running good before i pulled the fuses i also checked fuel pump reset behind kick panel

The pop you heard was probably your fuse blowing as you put it back into the fuse box. Go back and check it again, but be sure to turn off the key this time when you install it.  I would invest in a good test light for checking fuses. There are two metal slots on each fuse and you should have power on both sides. If you have power on only one then the fuse is bad.
